We use Sendle to deliver our parcels. Standard delivery time is normally 4-5 business days.
Please note: Timeframe estimates are from when the parcel is sent and only account for business days. All orders are processed and sent as soon as possible as we know how important it is to receive your purchase promptly. These do not include delays outside our control.
All orders of stock items in our local warehouse will be dispatched within a maximum of 2 business days. Stock items in other warehouses will normally be despatched within 3-4 business days. In the event an item is out of stock we will contact you directly and advise of an updated ETA.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19 its possible that there may be some delays in getting parts out of our warehouse and delivery. Orders are still being processed and going out daily. Please allow for extra time on your deliveries if the situation progresses. We will contact you ASAP to advise of any foreseeable delays with your order. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in the event that we are required to close for a period.
